Project Overview
Oriented toward the park at the heart of Willits, this contemporary mountain home called for interiors that balanced livability with understated luxury. The homeowners — a young family with an appreciation for clean lines and natural texture — wanted spaces that would grow with them over time.
All countertops were various quartzites, all cabinets were Lauriermax Cabinetry finishes.

Each kitchen was designed for how a family actually lives — open to the park, uncluttered, and built to last. Quartzite countertops throughout, Lauriermax cabinetry in white high-gloss lacquer for the early buildings, evolving into Steven's Wood veneers as the Mountain Modern aesthetic carried through buildings three through seven.

Primary baths, secondary baths, and powder rooms — each finished with large-format porcelain tile, quartzite countertops, and Lauriermax vanity cabinetry. The detailing is clean and deliberate, spa-like without being cold, scaled to the condo unit while feeling genuinely luxurious.
